Sith
Darth Vader
Darth Vader appears in Star Wars from Episode III(at the end), IV, V, and VI. At the end of Episode III Anakin Skywalker joins the "Dark Side" and fights with his master Obi-Wan Kenobi, and loses while losing both arms and feet, he was at the end of a lava pond getting burned, but then his Sith Lord, Lord Benedict helps him and puts him in a mechanical suite and then referred to known as Darth Vader(Lord Vader).
Lord Benedict
Lord Benedict is a Sith Lord that pretends to be a Jedi counselor and tricks Anakin Skywalker into thinking that all the Jedi's dont like him and dont trust him which makes his mad.
General Grievous
General Grievous is the Droid General, he hates everyone, Jedi, Troopers, Droids, even Sith Lords(still has to respect them). He was killed by Obi-Wan Kinobi in Episode III because Obi-Wan opened his chest armor and shot his heart with a Blaster Pistol. Grievous has four arms, and four light-sabers(that he got from Jedi's he killed).
Darth Maul
Darth Maul is a weapon found by the Sith, to ensure the victory agents the Jedi. He is a Creature of pure evil, he is loyal to his master Darth Sidious. And his goal is to completely defeat the Jedi. Darth Maul has two light-saber blades connected to each other.
